Cloud House is located on the first floor of a historic brownstone at 920 Saint Paul Street, rooms 1A & 1B, in the Mt Vernon neighborhood of Baltimore. The city of Baltimore, Maryland stands on the ancestral lands of the Susquehannock and Piscataway Nations.

There are nine stairs to the front entrance, and a back door with a single step opening to a parking lot. If you are a wheelchair user, require assistance on stairs or would like to avoid them please get in contact via email so we can arrange your entrance. The restrooms are gender neutral but are too narrow to be ADA compliant for wheelchair access.

The massage table is 30" W x 72" L and has a static weight capacity of 1,500 lbs. Seating in the room is a sturdy bench chosen for the comfort of many body types and sizes.

The oil used in treatments is an unscented hypoallergenic blend of rice bran and jojoba oil. You may also bring your own products - oils, lotions, and balms - if you prefer. The treatment room is low scent unless essential oils are requested in session.

Elements related to sensory processing, such as temperature, light and sound volume can be adjusted to your comfort level. Ear plugs and an eye mask are available on request, or you may bring your own.

Cloud House observes neutropenic infection precautions for all infectious disease, including COVID-19, which are consistent with best practice medical standards for immune deficient clients. Protocols include KN95 masking, 30 minutes for sanitation and air filtration between clients, running multiple HEPA purifiers 24/7, utilizing gloves when appropriate and rescheduling of appointments on the basis of symptomatic or confirmed infection or exposure.

Cloud House takes a firm anti-racist, size inclusive and LGBTQIA+ affirming stance. Racist, homophobic, transphobic, sexist, anti-fat, anti-sex work or ableist behavior, harassment and intimidation are not tolerated at Cloud House.
